    At Wearo, we strive to provide the best virtual try-on experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our credit-based service.

    2. Free Trial Credits

    All new users receive 10 free credits upon account creation to test our service:

    • Free trial credits are non-refundable (no payment required)
    • Free credits expire 14 days after account creation if unused
    • Use free credits to evaluate service quality before purchasing

    3. Pay-as-You-Go Credits

    Pay-as-you-go credit purchases are generally non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

    3.1 Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if:

    • Technical Failure: Our service experienced significant downtime preventing credit usage
    • Quality Issues: Persistent errors in AI generation (multiple consecutive failures)
    • Billing Error: You were incorrectly charged or charged duplicate amounts
    • Unused Credits: No credits from the purchase have been used

    3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

    Refunds will NOT be issued for:

    • Credits that have already been used for generations
    • Dissatisfaction with individual try-on results (AI predictions may vary)
    • User error (e.g., uploading low-quality images)
    • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
    • Change of mind after testing the service

    4. Enterprise Volume Packs

    4.1 Volume Pack Purchases

    Refunds for credit pack purchases follow these guidelines:

    • Within 14 Days: Full refund available if fewer than 10 credits have been used.
    • Service Issues: Pro-rated refunds available for documented service failures.
    • No Recurring Charges: Volume packs are one-time purchases; there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
    • Credit Validity: Purchased credits remain in your account until used and do not expire.

    4.2 High-Volume Enterprise Packs

    Enterprise packs (500+ credits) carry specific terms:

    • Within 30 Days: Full refund available if fewer than 50 credits have been used and the service is unsatisfactory.
    • After 30 Days: Pro-rated refund only for documented service failures.
    • No Partial Refunds: Change of mind after 14 days is not eligible for refund.

    5. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund:

    1. Contact Support: Submit a refund request within the eligible timeframe (14 days for any purchase — pay-as-you-go and yearly subscriptions)
    2. Provide Details: Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for refund
    3. Include Evidence: For quality issues, provide screenshots or generation IDs
    4. Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
    5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

    6. Service Interruptions

    In case of significant service outages:

    • Automatic Credits: We may automatically add credits to affected accounts
    • Extended Subscription: Subscription periods may be extended to compensate for downtime
    • Refund Option: For outages exceeding 24 hours, full refunds may be offered

    7. Failed Generations

    If a generation fails due to our service:

    • Automatic Credit Refund: Credits are automatically returned to your account
    • Error Logging: Technical errors are logged and investigated
    • User Error: Credits are NOT refunded for user-caused failures (invalid images, unsupported formats)

    8. Chargebacks and Disputes

    If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before involving your bank.

    9. Account Termination

    If your account is terminated for violations of our Terms of Service:

    • No refunds will be issued for purchased credits or subscriptions
    • Remaining credits will be forfeited
    • Access to the service will be immediately revoked

    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active users.
