    By accessing or using Wearo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Wearo provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology for fashion e-commerce retailers. Our Service allows end-users to visualize how clothing items will look on them through:

    • Upload of user photos and clothing images
    • AI-generated virtual try-on results
    • Integration with e-commerce platforms
    • Credit-based usage system

    3. User Accounts

    To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    4. Credits and Billing

    Wearo operates on a credit-based system:

    • Free Trial: New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
    • Credit Usage: Each AI try-on generation consumes 1 credit
    • Pricing Plans: Available plans include Pay-as-you-go and high-volume enterprise packs.
    • Billing Cycles: Credits can be purchased as needed or via discounted volume packs.
    • No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
    • Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our AI technology
    • Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
    • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
    • Upload images of minors without proper parental consent

    6. Privacy and Data Processing

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process uploaded images solely for generating try-on results and do not store user photos on our servers after processing.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, and trademarks, remain the property of Wearo. Generated try-on images are owned by the user who created them, subject to these Terms.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for high-fidelity realism in fabric draping and fit visualization, results may vary depending on input image quality, garment type, and other factors. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Wearo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wearo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
